Soooooooooooooo I LOVE salmon. I always bake it in the oven, need to start trying other cooking methods, but I digress. I started to experiment on a glaze for my salmon. Todays choice is a honey glaze sauce; soy sauce, honey, Worcestershire, pepper and lemon juice. Its good, but it might need more honey. But delicious!!!!
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp worcestershire
1 tbsp lemon juice
pepper
covers about 2 5oz salmon fillets
Set oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil, easy clean up!! Place salmon onto pan, skin side down, if there is skin attached to fillets. Mix ingredients together into bowl or Pyrex measuring cup with pour lip. Place salmon into oven for 10 mins. Take salmon out and pour and spread sauce onto fillets, leaving excess in pan. Cover top with more aluminium foil, place back into oven for 5 mins. Any excess sauce in pan can be spooned on salmon if desired.
